Charlie Life and Leadership Academy
Charlie Life and Leadership Academy is a nonprofit organization with a grand mission: to provide an accessible and engaging suite of online skills-based career-prep and leadership products for young people, academic institutions, and co-curricular programs.
THE NEED
After completing their initial product development, Charlie Academy wanted to ensure their courses were learner-ready for immediate use by their pilot partners. They asked us for instructional and strategic consultation.

After initial consultation, Charlie Academy asked us to implement our instructional recommendations into their courses. This kicked off a multi-year partnership, which has included course, app, and LMS development, and ongoing strategic and client support.
Where we ended up
Working in partnership with Charlie Academy’s team of subject matter experts, university students and instructors, strategic steering committee, and board, we’ve helped grow the organization’s product line, infrastructure, and capacity.
